THE PAIN OF 9/11
Today...Five years after the world changed and in one moment your back there.
I watched a documentary on 9/11 last night. And spent a good hour crying.
I still remember where I was and what I was doing. I remember being woken to these words world War Three Just Started. I remember watching the news CNN or CityTv and watching the plan hit. Watching the building fall. People fall. Faith Fall. I heard a phone call a husband had made to his wife and family. Saying GOOD BYE. Telling his wife he loved her. Telling his children how much they mean to him.
I never thought there was an evil out there like that. Till five years ago. I know now not to take life for granted. Because around the corner it can be taken away. Watching this TV show last night, I learned just how much my family and friends mean to me. So for all of you out there reading this please don't let another day go by with out saying I love you, to those who mean the world to you. Life is just to damn short to hate. Hate doesn't get you anywhere.
A day that changed every person.
A day that no one will forget.
